You can now pay for Lifetime Premium Membership in installments with Klarna. Simply choose the Klarna payment option at checkout. You'll then set up a payment plan that best meets your needs in Klarna. Klarna pays Hoffman Academy at the time of transaction, and you'll make payments to Klarna according to your payment schedule.
Upgrading to Lifetime Membership or adding additional students with Klarna
For users with an existing membership - you can also use Klarna to upgrade to a lifetime membership. You'll receive a credit for any time remaining on your current subscription, and you can pay the rest in installments. Simply choose the 'Pay later with Klarna' option in the offer modal.
What memberships can I purchase in installments with Klarna?
Only our lifetime membership can be purchased using Klarna. Monthly and Yearly memberships are not eligible.
Can I request a refund on a Klarna purchase?
Yes. You can request a refund on your Klarna purchase within 30 days. Simply write us and make the request. Klarna will cancel any remaining payments and return the already-paid amount to your bank account, usually within 5-7 business days, but might take longer depending on your financial institution.
*Note, for purchases that include a pro-rated credit for time remaining on a prior subscription - that credit cannot be refunded.
How can I manage my payment plan?
Payment plans are an agreement between you and Klarna. If you have any issues or questions about your payment plan, you will need to reach out to Klarna. Hoffman Academy does not have ability to make any changes to your plan, other than refund requests.
