How do I Cancel my Premium Membership?

We are sorry to see you go, but we understand Hoffman Academy is not the best fit for everyone.  Complete the following steps to cancel your Premium subscription:

1. Go to your Account Dashboard (click the avatar at the top right, then click Account from the drop-down menu) or go to https://www.hoffmanacademy.com/account. You will need to log in as the account owner if you aren't already.
   
   
   
   
2. Click "Subscription & Billing"
   
   
3. Click the "Edit Subscription" button
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click "Cancel Premium Subscription" and then confirm.
   
   

Note: You will then continue to have Premium access for the duration of the time you've already paid for, and your account will revert to its free settings when the billing period ends. You may undo the cancellation at any time until that date.
