How do I download materials I've previously purchased from the Hoffman Academy Store?

To download materials you've previously purchased from the Hoffman Academy store you can do the following:

1. While logged in as the account owner, click the avatar at top right, then "Account" from the drop-down menu.
   
   
   
   
2. From your account dashboard, click on “Order History”.
   
   
3. On the 'My Orders' page you will see a listing of all orders associated with your account. Clicking the file icon on the right side of the order listing will expand the order details with the files purchased. You can the click the 'Download' button to download the desired files.
   
   

*Note, if you purchased files before April 2023 your files may not be listed due to some system updates. Please write email us at [e-mail] and we will be happy to help you locate your purchased files.
